  2. Preheat oven to 350*.
  3. Cream butter and sugar, then add rest of the ingredients, mixing well.
  4. Pat firmly into a 9" x 13" pan. Bake @ 350* for 7 minutes.
  5. Topping:.
  6. Beat eggs until foamy. Add corn syrup, sugar, salt, vanilla and flour, mixing well. Pour over base.
  7. Sprinkle nuts on top.
  8. Bake @350* for 15 minutes.
  9. Cool & cut into squares.
