Nutella Rolls

"I just made these the other day. They were so incredibly easy. Only 4 ingredients! I loved them. So different. And right out the oven ... they taste like a fabulous French pastry. At least in my imagination ... seeing as I've never actually tried a French pastry right out of the oven."

  1. These rolls were wonderful and super-easy to make! I LOVE nutella and used frozen raspberries instead of bananas and it was Incredible! Thanks for posting such a delicious and easy recipe! :)

  2. I made this recipe when my son had a friend here to play with him. They liked these nutella rolls and me and DH also. I didn't use banana. Only nutella. It was a big hit. Thanks Monica :) Made for Cookbook tag game

  3. Made & reviewed for Recipe of The Week in the Kid Friendly Forum. I thought these were absolutely fab! Unfortunately, I cannot find refridgerated crescent dough in the UK so I used my own briche recipe & some homemade nutella. The result was fantastic & everyone was ecstatic, I'll definitely be making these again very soon. Thanks Monica for a grat recipe.

  4. Delicious!! We all liked these. Made some with just the Nutella and some with Nutella and a couple of raspberries. Didn't need to cook as long as recipe stated. We followed the time recommended on the crescent roll package and they turned out perfectly. Thanks!! We will definitely make these again.

  5. Very easy,& very good. I opted to put the powdered sugar on the rolls after they'd cooled a bit. For a dinner get-together I put a fine drizzle of melted chocolate over the sugar. They were a big hit.

I love to cook using fresh, healthy ingredients. I love shopping at the local farmer's market and seeing a huge basket of fruit on my counter and crispers full of vegetables in my fridge. Lately I've also been more and more interested in eating foods that are grown locally and in season. I'm very interested in reading the books, The 100 Mile Diet and Barbara Kingsolver's book, Animal, Vegetable, Miracle (I haven't read either of these books yet, just heard interviews). My interest in eating foods grown locally and in season was piqued after I bought and read the cookbook, Simply in Season. If you're reading this and have similar interests shoot me an email, I'd love to chat about this more and be inspired by you and your recipes. I am a SAHM/teacher. Mostly I stay at home with my three children (2 girls, ages 7 and 9 and 1 boy, age 2). A few days a week I do some substitute teaching. I really enjoy what I do. For fun I like to scrapbook, take pictures, read, and spend time with friends. I'm also finding I really like to cook.
