Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 packages petit beurre biscuits (400gr - or just under a pound) or 2 packages digestive biscuits, crumbs (graham crackers are suitable)
  • 8 ounces butter, room temperature
  • 2 jars nutella
  • 8 ounces walnuts, pieces finely chopped
  • 12 cup cognac or 12 cup brandy
  • chocolate, truffle shavings

Directions

  1. Beat nutella with butter until well-combined; add cognac.
  2. If too dry, add some milk.
  3. Stir in cookie crumbs and walnuts.
  4. Shape into small balls and roll in truffle shavings.
  5. Place in individual truffle cups.
  6. Best made 1 day before serving.
