Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place butter & sugar in large microwavable bowl, & microwave on high 1-2 minutes or until butter is completely melted when stirred.
  3. Add ginger & mix well.
  4. Add cereal & toss gently.
  5. In a single layer, spread the cereal mixture in a greased 15"x10" baking dish.
  6. Bake 15 minutes, then remove from oven.
  7. Stir in peanuts & return to oven to bake an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Cool completely before adding cranberries. Toss gently.
