“This recipe is a healthy version of a chocolate souffle, baking time will vary... if you like the inside runny; baking time will be around 10 minutes, otherwise it needs to bake 15-20 minutes. Great for a healthy breakfast. Any nuts can be used if there is no pistachios available: almonds, macadamia nuts, peanuts, hazelnuts, cashews, pecans, walnuts, pine nuts, brazil nuts, even chestnuts :-) I prefer to use a 2-cup (16oz.) ramekin for the recipe.”
