Nutty Caramel Apple Rollups

"This is a recipe out of a cooking for kids cookbook I picked up for about 5 bucks. It's pretty tasty but also pretty sweet with the caramel sauce. You could probably reduce the amount but what's the fun in that? I used caramel apple dip but caramel ice cream topping would work as well."
