  • Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Lightly grease cookie sheets.
  • Lightly spoon flour nto measuring cup; level off.
  • In medium bowl, cut margarine into flour untl mixture resembles coarse crumbs; stir in cheese, sunflower seeds and Worchestershire sauce.
  • Sprinkle with water, 1 tablespoon at a time, while tossing and mixing lightly with fork.
  • Add water until dough is just moist enough to form a ball when lightly pressed together.
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to 1/8 inch thickness.
  • Cut into desired shapes with lightly floured 2 inch cookie cutters.
  • Place 1 inch apart on prepared cookie sheets.
  • Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from cookie sheets; cool thoroughly.
