  1. WAFFLES: combine flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
  2. Whisk together milk, oil and egg until blended. Add milk mixture to flour mixture and stir just until combined. Do not overmix.
  3. Fold in pecans. Let batter stand for 10 minutes.
  4. Cook in a preheated greased waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions.
  5. Serve with cocoa butter.
  6. COCOA BUTTER: Combine all ingredients until blended. Makes about 1/4 cup.
