- -less-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon half-and-half
- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon curry powder
- 4 celery, stalks cut into 4-inch pieces
- 1⁄4 cup coarsely chopped honey-roasted peanuts
directions
- Stir together first 5 ingredients. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
- Spread mixture on celery pieces, and sprinkle with peanuts.
