Directions

  1. Place the pitted dates and walnuts in the bowl of a food processor.
  2. Puree until a smooth consistency.
  3. Roll mixture in to balls using 1 teaspoon of puree for each ball.
  4. Roll the balls into the coconut to cover.
  5. Serve.
  6. Can also be frozen.
