  • 1 (8 ounce) bag frozen coconut
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup pecans or 1 cup walnuts
  • 2 frozen deep dish pie shell
  • 1 (8 ounce) can condensed milk
  • 12 cup butter
  • 2 (16 ounce) containers Cool Whip
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar caramel sauce

  • First mix your cream cheese and condensed milk in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Then fold in both tubs of coolwhip into your cream cheese mixture carefully. Set aside in fridge. Then bring your butter to a simmer over medium heat in a large skillet, add your coconut and pecans(walnuts).bring back to a simmer and reduce heat to medium low. After about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, pour nut mixture into a bowl and set in fridge or freezer to cool to room temperature. Bake your empty pie crusts as directed on packaging. After the pie crusts cool your other mixtures should be ready as well. Layer your cream cheese mixture, nut mixture, and caramel sauce in your pie shells and freeze overnight or several hours until firm. Cut into slices, and enjoy!
