  1. heat oven to 180 C/350°F.
  2. grease and line a 23 cm square pan.
  3. melt butter and the 200g chocolate on low heat, stirring until melted.
  4. cool until just warm.
  5. stir in the rest of the ingredients.
  6. spread mixture into prepared pan.
  7. backe for 40 minutes or until firm.
  8. cut into 18 squares.
