Nutty Sweet Potato Casserole
"The topping on the sweet potatoes browns and becomes deliciously crunchy. A great side for your Thanksgiving dinner. Also, goes really well with pork, ham and chicken."

- 3 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes (about 2 large potatoes)
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄4 cup melted butter

Topping
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄3 cup flour
- 1⁄4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
directions
- Combine mashed sweet potatoes, eggs milk and butter.
- Spread in a buttered casserole.
- Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle evenly on potatoes.
- Bake covered at 350° for an hour or until thoroughly heated.
- Topping will brown and become crunchy.
