  • Cook shells. Brown hamburger and season with taco seasoning.
  • mix hamburger when cooled with 3 ounce of each cheese.
  • stuff shells with mixture. Place in casserole dish. Top with enchilada sauce and cover with remaining cheese.
  • Freeze of desired. Bake thawed dish at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
  • Can add a can of retried beans to hamburger mixture of desired.
