- 8 ounces jumbo pasta shells, cooked
- 1 lb hamburger, browned
- 4 ounces colby-monterey jack cheese
- 4 ounces monterey jack pepper cheese
- 1 (10 ounce) can enchilada sauce
- 1 ounce taco seasoning
directions
- Cook shells. Brown hamburger and season with taco seasoning.
- mix hamburger when cooled with 3 ounce of each cheese.
- stuff shells with mixture. Place in casserole dish. Top with enchilada sauce and cover with remaining cheese.
- Freeze of desired. Bake thawed dish at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
- Can add a can of retried beans to hamburger mixture of desired.
