ingredients

1 ¹⁄₂ cups diced russet potatoes
1 ¹⁄₄ cups diced onions
2 lbs beef roast
14 ¹⁄₂ ounces diced tomatoes, with rosemary & oregano
10 ³⁄₄ ounces cream of mushroom soup
¹⁄₂ cup water
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 teaspoons dried rosemary
¹⁄₂ teaspoon salt

directions

Place all ingredients in gallon freezer bag(s).
Thaw bag in bowl overnight in refrigerator. Cook in crockpot on low for 6-10 hours.
