Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Combine oats, milk, apple butter, and eggs.
  3. In a separate bowl combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Mix the wet into the dry just until combined.
  5. Spoon into muffin tin, either greased or lined, ~1/4 cup per muffin.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Let cool & enjoy. These freeze well.
