  • Preheat oven to 375. Prepare muffin cups with liners or spray cups with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Mix all ingredients together except berries.
  • Thaw and drain mixed berries.
  • fold in berries into muffin mix .
  • pour into muffin cups until 2/3 full.
  • Bake 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Muffins are dense and will not rise very high.
