  • Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Separately, combine the next 5 ingredients in a smaller bowl. Stir to mix dry ingredients completely.
  • Add dry ingredients to wet and stir until combined. Finally, add in raisins and chocolate chips.
  • Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto greased cookie sheet and put in 350°F oven. Bake 8-10 minuted until golden on top.
