- 1 1⁄2 cups rolled oats
- 3⁄4 cup whole grain wheat flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 cup mini chocolate chip
directions
- mix dry ingredients.
- mix sugar and butter.
- add egg and vanilla to sugar mix.
- add to dry ingredients.
- stir in chocolate chips.
- spoon tsps of batter on cookie sheets.
- bake at 350 for 12 min.
