  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Grind powdered milk in the food processor to make it a finer powder. (For easier mixing.).
  3. Sift together powdered milk, sugar, baking soda and both flours.
  4. Stir in the softened butter, molasses, vanilla and eggs until creamy.
  5. Stir in oatmeal.
  6. Drop 1/2 tablespoon balls unto cookie sheet.
  7. Bake 12 minutes.
  8. Since the dry ingredients are mixed separately, this recipe can be easily stopped when the cook is interupted.
