Directions

  1. Cream together melted butter, brown and white sugar.
  2. Stir in egg, milk and vanilla, then add flour and baking soda.
  3. Fold in the instant oatmeal (any flavor you'd like).
  4. Now spoon balls of dough onto prepared cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes (for softer center cookie) 15-18 for crunchier cookie.
