  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, and both sugars.
  3. Add in egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract; mix until well combined.
  4. Add in cinnamon, baking soda, salt, and flour; mix well.
  5. Fold in by hand oatmeal, almonds, craisins, and white chocolate chips. Make sure all ingredients are blended in well.
  6. Form into 1 inch balls, or drop by tablespoonfuls, or any size you prefer, onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, let stand on cookie sheet approximately 2-3 minutes, remove to cooling rack to finish cooling. Store in an airtight container.
