ingredients

1 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
³⁄₄ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 ¹⁄₂ teaspoons vanilla extract
³⁄₄ teaspoon baking powder
³⁄₄ teaspoon baking soda
¹⁄₂ teaspoon salt
2 ¹⁄₄ cups flour
2 ¹⁄₄ cups oats
2 cups white chocolate chips
¹⁄₂ cup macadamia nuts
¹⁄₂ cup walnuts
¹⁄₂ cup coconut flakes

directions

cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. then add eggs, one at a time, and vanilla.
in a separate bowl mix the baking powder, baking soda, salt, and flour.
mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
add oats-mix.
add chocolate chips-mix.
add nuts and coconut-mix.
drop onto cookie sheet, bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
