Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Line mini muffin cups with paper baking cups or grease.
  3. Blend first five ingredients.
  4. Add milk, brown sugar, oil, and egg white, then mix in raisins.
  5. Mix until dray ingredients are moist; fill muffin cups.
  6. Bake about 10 minutes for mini muffins.
  7. Regular-sized muffins take 18-20 minutes.
  8. Serve warm.
