  • Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
  • Spray 9x9" pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Combine dry ingredients.
  • Mix well.
  • Add remaining ingredients and beat with electric mixer until well blended.
  • Pour into baking pan and bake 30 minutes.

  1. Really good! I also changed it just a little. Added 1tsp pumpkin pie spice instead of cinnamon, and 1tsp vanilla. I think next time I'll try adding either dried fruit or apple pie filling.
     
  2. The consistency of a brownie, the flavor of oatmeal. It was just OK, very bland, not something I'd make again.

  5. Very Yummy!!! The first time I made it I forgot to put in the baking powder, and it came out like a big oatmeal cookie! The second time I added the powder and it came out more like a bread. Both times very good. My family ate it up in a hurry.

OK....so it's not a picture of me....these 3 beauties are my babies...and I look just like THEM! If I'm not working to save up for these weddings, I'm outdoors.....and if the weather is bad; I'm indoors cooking! Such is life........
