  1. Pre-heat oven to 350.
  2. Whip the shortening and butter first, once smooth, add peanut butter. After that add eggs. whip again until smooth. Add the dry ingredients other than the oats. Mix again and then add the oatmeal. Mix and then use a small ice cream scoop to portion out 12 cookies.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes.
