  1. Beat butter, eggs, brown sugar and vanilla in large bowl.
  2. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Beat until blended.
  4. Stir in oats, toffee bits and coconut. Drop dough by rounded teaspoons and 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheets.
  5. Bake 8-10 minutes until edges are lightly browned.
  6. Cool one minute, remove to wire rack.
  7. Cool completely.
