Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 ounce dry oats or 1 ounce instant oatmeal
  • 34 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon slivered almonds
  • 14 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Directions

  1. Cook oats according to package directions with water.
  2. Top with berries, almonds, cinnamon, and honey to taste.
  3. Note: Steel-Cut Oats will take 15 minutes.
