  1. Combine sugar and corn syrup in a large microwavable bowl. Cook in microwave for two minutes.
  2. Add peanut butter and peanuts and cook one more minute.
  3. Stir in cereal to completely combine.
  4. Press into a greased 9x13.
  5. In a small microwave-safe bowl, layer chocolate chips and butterscotch chips and melt until creamy and smooth. Spread evenly over peanut butter/cereal layer. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes. Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares.
