  1. Combine oil, grlic, chilli and paprika in large fry pan.
  2. Heat on high until garlic colours.
  3. Add prawns. Cook for 2 minutes until starting to turn pink.
  4. Add sherry, parsley and sugar. Cook for 1 minute more until prawns are cooked through.
  5. Remove from heat and salt to taste.
