  1. I made this recipe for the first time last year and was surprised by how wonderful it is. But I guess that's why Ocean Spray folks chose this particular recipe to put on their bag! It's really good and moist!

  2. I've made this exact recipe many, many times. (Still have the recipe clipped from the bag of Ocean Spray cranberries in my recipe drawer). This was one of the first breads I ever made at Christmas time. Everybody raved about it. I highly suggest using this recipe.

  3. This is the best recipe !!! Very hard not to have it turn out well. I have been making this recipe for many years...giving it to neighbors at Christmastime and as a taste during our annual Civil war Christmas reenactment. Everyone loves it.You can't go wrong with this recipe !!!!

  4. This must be the recipe I keep remembering. Excellent flavor, especially with the orange juice and zest. Nice and moist and an added pleasure anytime of the year. Thanks so much for sharing. I enjoyed it very much.

  5. I've been making this bread for years and always have good luck. I like it a little on the sweeter side, so I rinse the whole cranberries in a strainer and coat them with sugar, even if they are frozen. I also leave the cranberries whole in the bread, not chopped. And, before popping them into the oven, I sprinkle some sanding sugar on the top for a sweet topping.
