Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter& sugar.
  2. Add oatmeal, corn syrup and vanilla.
  3. Pat dough into a 13x9x3/4" cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
  5. While bars are baking, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together.
  6. Spread chocolate/peanut butter mixture on slightly cooled dough.
  7. Cut into bars when cool.
