Oh Joyful Tuna Noodle Bake

- 1 (8 ounce) package wide egg noodles
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can tuna, drained
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- shredded cheese
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook noodles according to package direction.
- Drain and set aside.
- Drain tuna and set aside.
- In large bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients except the cheese.
- Fold in tuna and noodles.
- Mix together and pour into a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes covered.

The only major problem with this recipe is the salt content. The addition of 1/2 tsp. table salt after 2 tsp. of seasoned salt and 1 tsp. of W. Sauce and the slightly salty nature of the tuna is over the top. I would not only cut out the table salt completely but hold back on some of the seasoned salt. The rest of the recipe is fine. A wonderful rendition of a budget conscious staple.
