Oh My Goodness Roast Beef

"I was looking for something different for a roast beef I wanted to cook on the rotisserie, so I put together flavours we love. This started to make the house smell really good about 30 minutes into cooking, and it was a looooong wait for supper. The measurements are approximate, because I didn't measure as I was mixing it."

I've been married since 2002, and in that time, we have moved across Canada. Met when he was in Alberta and I was working in Saskatchewan, moved to Trenton, Ontario, and then to Halifax and now we are in Manitoba. I am lucky to have a husband who is willing to try anything I make, and will even eat it if it's not so great.
