Oh My Gosh....this is Good Pasta!

"So easy, quick and delicious you won't believe it! Use a ripe and flavorful fresh tomato in this dish. It's best with fresh basil, but I know it's not always available to everyone and it still tastes great with the dried."

  1. This looked gorgeous with the sprinkling of fresh tomato and basil over the top of the finished product. If you are looking for a very fast yet very presentable dish, this would certainly do quite nicely. Next time, I'd like to add a bit of sauteed garlic as well, but it is still deserves five stars without any additions or changes. Very tasty!

  2. My friend and I really loved this easy recipe!! The taste is great. Thank you :)

  3. Quick and yummy! I added some fresh minced garlic. Thanks for posting the recipe.

  4. This gets a 5 for simplicity, it just doesn't get easier! And it was really good too! I add 2 cloves minced garlic to the butter and let it cook before adding the cheeses. I also added the tomatoes in there to cook as well, and a couple tbs of the pasta water, as it seemed really thick. YUM!!

  5. Yum! This was very quick and easy to make. I found it fairly thick so I added a bit of chicken broth and some milk. I also added extra salt and red pepper flakes. I will make this again! Thanks

I am a wife, Mother and Grandmother. I am a native Texan and can't imagine living anywhere else. My Grandmother taught me to cook before I could see the top of the counter. I remember standing on a stool in her kitchen learning to make pancakes. My Mother loved to cook and it seems she was cooking (or cleaning) most of the time. So those are the two ladies responsible for nurturing my love of cooking! <a href="http://s245.photobucket.com/albums/gg77/monji74/?action=view&current=groupie1.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i245.photobucket.com/albums/gg77/monji74/groupie1.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a> As you can see I cook and review recipes more than I post them. That's because I am a pinch of this and a dollop of that cook and it's hard to put those recipes down on paper. <img src="http://www.satsleuth.com/cooking/Swap14.JPG"> <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/untitled.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting"> <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/200_artistrichardneuman-art-prints_.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting">
