- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1⁄2 cup apple juice concentrate, thawed
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
directions
- 1. Stir together oats, brown sugar, coconut and cinnamon.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix juice, honey and vanilla.
- 3. Drizzle over oat mixture, stirring to coat.
- 4. Spread onto large baking sheet.
- 5. Bake at 300 for 45 minutes, stirring every so often.
- 6. Cool and then add dried fruit, if desired.
