  1. 1. Stir together oats, brown sugar, coconut and cinnamon.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix juice, honey and vanilla.
  3. 3. Drizzle over oat mixture, stirring to coat.

  5. 5. Bake at 300 for 45 minutes, stirring every so often.
  6. 6. Cool and then add dried fruit, if desired.
