- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup sucanat (or brown sugar)
- 1⁄4 cup dry sherry
- 1 -2 teaspoon ground ginger

I reduced this to 1/4 cup and used it on a broiled chicken breast for lunch. This is an easy and great tasting teriyaki sauce. Thanks for sharing. :)
