Ingredients Nutrition

  • Sift together
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • oil (for frying)

Directions

  1. Blend the flour into the eggs. Knead ten minutes, adding more flour if needed to make a stiff dough. Let the dough stand one hour. Roll very thin, cut into diamond shapes and fry in hot oil. Drain and sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnomin.
