  • Heat oven to 500 degrees.
  • Line large baking sheet w/ foil then spray with nonstick spray.
  • In bowl mix flour, salt, and old bay. Add chicken and toss mix to coat them.
  • Arrange chicken on sheet and spray with vegetable oil. Roast for 45 minutes, turning a few times until brown and crispy.
  • In fry pan bring to a boil: frank's, butter, garlic, and worcestershire. Cook chicken in sauce for 5-10 minutes until chicken absorbs sauce.
  • Enjoy!
