ingredients

2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
¹⁄₂ teaspoon salt
1 cup cream
1 well-beaten egg

directions

Sift dry ingredients together; add cream and egg.
Mix lightly together and roll out.
Bake on a cookie sheet in a 400 degree oven about 20 minutes or until light brown.
