  1. 1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. 2. Mix together all ingredients except for the bread and raisins (remember to temper the eggs into the warm milk so that they do not scramble).
  3. 3. In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, raisins, and wet ingredients and let sit for 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Bake in a water bath for approx 40 minutes or until a inserted knife or toothpick comes out clean.
