10 inches graham cracker crust
9 ounces cream cheese, softened
³⁄₄ cup sugar
1 ¹⁄₂ tablespoons lemon juice
¹⁄₂ teaspoon vanilla
1 dash salt
3 eggs
fresh fruit (optional) or fruit, topping (optional)

directions

Preheat oven to 325º.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, salt and vanilla. Mix until well blended.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Place crust (in pie tin) on baking sheet. Pour in filling.
Bake 30-35 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
