"My Grandpa used to make this on cold winter nights, always hit the spot. Easy and delicious, warms you right up! Especially good with a shot of Baileys on a really cold night!"

  1. this was really easy to make but I'll probably add more cocoa and sugar because it tasted mostly like warm milk

  2. This tasted like hot milk w/ some other things added in. There is not near enough cocoa, or anything else. Ended up starting over & I added 2 tbs of cocoa, and 1 tbs of sugar. Omitted the vanilla. Perhaps it is a typo? 1 tsp of cocoa does not make any difference to a cup of milk besides change the color in my opinion. Sorry.

  3. Wow! I'll never go back to packaged hot chocolate again! This was super easy!

I am a busy stay at home mom with two beautiful boys. My 4 year old loves to cause trouble and my 2 year old loves to get him into trouble! :) Since being married, I have discovered a new passion! I love cooking. The kitchen was always the last place you would find me, now I can't find enough time creating recipes. My favorite way to cook is with a list of ingredients. I never seem to follow a recipe exactly and enjoy making new dishes by adding a little of this and a little of that. Maybe even a smidgen along the way! :)
