  1. In double boiler mix milk, salt, sugar, flour on med. heat 5 minute stir constantly.
  2. Lightly beat yolks, temper with a little hot milk, add to double boiler, stir constantly for 2 minute.
  3. Chill in fridge or freezer till cool, add vanilla and evaporated milk.
  4. Follow ice cream freezer instructions.
