Yum, Yum, Yum. This recipe was a huge hit at my St. Patrick's Day Party. I did add a bit more alcohol than suggested.

I then used the same recipe to make a Chocolate Bailey's Irish Cream Cake. I just substituted with chocolate cake mix, chocolate pudding, and Bailey's Irish Cream. Again, another huge hit at the party.

Oh my gosh! We had this and a homemade lemon cake to celebrate several birthdays tonight. Everyone, of all ages, LOVED this recipe and many went back for seconds. When the birthday boy's wife asked if anyone else wanted to take some of the leftovers home, without hesitation he scooped it up, and said, "Nope! Nobody else wants any of this!" The lemon cake was good, and on any other day would have been a big hit, but this one was the easy favorite, and will definitely be requested for upcoming birthdays. Big, big YUM!!!
