  • Line 2, 9-inch pie pans with pastry. Sprinkle apples with a mixture of sugar, flour, salt, nutmeg and lemon rind. Spread in pie shell. Pour molasses and lemon juice over apples; dot with butter. Cover with remaining pastry. Trim, seal and flute edge. Bake 10 minutes at 450F then at 350F for 30-40 minutes.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
