Ingredients: 2 fresh whole artichokes; 1 lemon, juice of; 1 teaspoon salt; 1 lb cream cheese; 8 ounces mascarpone cheese; 2 tablespoons flour, sifted; 8 ounces grated parmesan cheese; 1/4 teaspoon fresh thyme leave; 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes; 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper; 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped; 1 garlice clove, minced; 1 ounce green onion, chopped; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 4 ounces fresh spinach, chopped

ingredients

2 fresh whole artichokes
1 lemon, juice of
1 teaspoon salt
dip
1 lb cream cheese
8 ounces mascarpone cheese
2 tablespoons flour, sifted
8 ounces grated parmesan cheese
¹⁄₄ teaspoon fresh thyme leave
¹⁄₄ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
¹⁄₈ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 garlice clove, minced
1 ounce green onion, chopped
¹⁄₄ teaspoon salt
4 ounces fresh spinach, chopped

directions

boil atrichokes in water with salt and lemon juice for around 5- 10 minutes.
let artichoke cool down.
clean peel and slice atrichoke.
in large bowl mix all the ingredients together.
spay a 14" nonstick pan wtih spray lay out dip in pan evenly.
bake at 325 for about 25 minutes remove from oven and sprinkle more with parmesan cheese.
serve hot with toasted italian bread.
