directions

  • boil atrichokes in water with salt and lemon juice for around 5- 10 minutes.
  • let artichoke cool down.
  • clean peel and slice atrichoke.
  • in large bowl mix all the ingredients together.
  • spay a 14" nonstick pan wtih spray lay out dip in pan evenly.
  • bake at 325 for about 25 minutes remove from oven and sprinkle more with parmesan cheese.
  • serve hot with toasted italian bread.
