  1. In a large bowl combine the flour,sugar,baking powder,salt,oregano and baking soda.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese,eggs, milk and oil until smooth.
  3. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
  4. Fold in the pepperoni and olives.
  5. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full.
  6. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
