ingredients

2 egg yolks
1 cup cream
3 tablespoons dry mustard
2 tablespoons flour
¹⁄₂ cup sugar
¹⁄₂ teaspoon salt
Add After Cooking
¹⁄₄ cup apple cider vinegar, heated separately

directions

Scald cream in double-boiler, then add all the other ingredients EXCEPT the vinegar.
Cook in microwave in one minute increments until sauce is thick.
Add heated vinegar.
